Are you interested in exploring and learning more about Latino/a/x/e filmmakers? Are you a screenwriter, director or film enthusiast. Join this session to explore new work together and build your writing and analysis skills. In this interdisciplinary creative writing, cinema studies, and ethnic studies workshop, participants will have time to generate new creative writing while engaging also in guided scene studies from U.S. Latine/x/o/a films. Facilitated by poet and screenwriter Kenneth Reveiz via their Cinemateca: No Futuro platform, this workshop is perfect for anyone seeking intentional time to write, think, and experiment.
